The spirit of a villa d’Hôte is to offer its guests the guarantee of finding rest, exchange and conviviality. The discretion and the respect of the intimacy of each one are thus essential. Ksar SALHA will remain a small structure to be faithful to these principles. That’s why our palace and its environment do not allow us to host groups or theme nights that cause noise.

1 – Access to Rooms:

  • To allow us to make rooms and welcome you in the best conditions, the rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of your arrival.

They must be vacated no later than 12.00 pm Attention beyond that, an additional night will be charged.

  • Internet access is free by wifi download is prohibited.
  • We carry out daily a passage of cleanliness in the room to redo the beds, empty the bins … We leave you the care to tidy up your personal effects.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for the disappearance of your valuables, safes are available in the rooms.

2 – The breakfasts :

Breakfasts are served inside or outside the house if the weather allows, between 8:00 until 10:30.

3 – Prohibitions :

  • It is forbidden to smoke, cook, eat, wash or iron in the rooms.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring drinks or food inside our establishment, our restaurant is at your disposal.
  • Respect the tranquility and rest of neighboring rooms and less noise in case of late return or early departure.
  • Our friends the animals are not allowed inside.
  • Thank you for turning off the air conditioning and lighting when you leave your room.
  • Do not let the water in the shower and wash basin run unnecessarily.
  • Ksar Salha is in the countryside, the treatment of wastewater is through a septic tank.

To ensure its proper functioning, we ask you not to throw in the toilet any object or product (tampons and sanitary napkins, cleansing cotton … etc.) That can obstruct the pipes and generate inconvenience to all occupants, but only toilet paper.

4 – The common areas:

  • Do not climb railings or step on them.
  • The palace and the garden are under alarm and video surveillance.
  • A guard is present at night and watches your car.
  • No kitchen or barbecue at your disposal.

5 – The pool :

  • The pool is not supervised, please take care of your children.
  • Do not run around the pool.
  • No bathing at night

The owners of Ksar Salha are sensitive to the safeguard of the planet and wish to contribute to the protection of the environment by minimizing the footprint of the functioning of their structure. Simple and uncompromising measures can do a lot.
